This is a teenager who is committed to healthy relationships and a positive future.  To ensure such a future this teen commits to remaining abstinent from drugs, alcohol, tobacco and pre-marital sex.  This commitment is to themselves and to other teens across Hillsborough who've made the same commitment.
These teens encourage one another, and meet together regulalry.
Together, TAs are making an IMPACT throughout their Hillsborough community.
